Miracle mineral and hydrogen peroxide comparison

There has been some talk online lately about the comparisons that can be made between MMS, aka miracle mineral solution, and hydrogen peroxide. This is definitely a subject worth discussing because they are very similar, and also very different.

There is a lot of talk about MMS these days: what it is, how it works, and how it's used. This post is a brief overview answering each of these MMS questions with a few resources for further reading.


What it is:
